Don Post "Moleman"

Not a re-issue, but a wearable re-release from the early 90s that was available at the Universal Gift Shop.

Distortions Unlimited "Alien3"

Released by Distortions Unlimited when Alien3 came out.

Topstone "Indian"

Topstone Indian sculpted by Keith Ward!

Topstone "Gorilla"

Topstone gorilla mask of some sort.

Don Post "Jason X Unmasked"

Unreleased Don Post Jason X mask. Got this mask (and the hockey mask that goes with it) from a seller on eBay. Too bad this one wasn't released, as it would have made a nice addition to the other 2 Jason X masks (Classic and Uber) that WERE released.

Don Post "Jason X Hockey Mask"

Unreleased hockey mask to go with the unreleased undermask.

Don Post "Mummy A" prototype mask

This is prototype Mummy mask that was brought to Universal Studios before the Calender re-issue line went into production. This mask has been foam filled and has had an eye insert added by The Mask Doctor, Kelly Mann.

Doug Goins "Zombie"

Cool original zombie design by Doug Goins.

Don Post "Frankenstein" recast

Cool recast of a Don Post 800 line Frankenstein, just like the one you can see a little bit farther down on this page!

VXXFX "Devilman"

Awesome recreation of the "Werewolf" (?) mask from the cover of Famous Monsters od Filmland #2.

Don Post "Malonian Alien"

Resculpt of a classic Post design by Steve Wang. The original was sculpted by Bill Malone, then resculpted (before molding) when Don Post declared the mouth was a little too suggestive, then resculpted again when Don Post decided the first version was too small, then in 1998 (or was it 1999?) Steve Wang sculpted the Malonian Alien, inspired by and named after...

Don Post "Igor"

Don Post mask of Igor from the 80s. Not much else to say. Haha!

Topstone "Horror" aka "Shock Monster"

Available in one form or another from the 1950s all the way up until the 1980s, this mask is listed in the 1960 Topstone Catalog as "Horror" but is more commonly known as The Shock Monster. This is an original copy I believe ot be from the late 70s / early 80s.

Don Post "Pumpkinhead"

Original copy of the Silver Shamrock Novelties Pumpkinhead mask made by Don Post Studios for the film Halloween III Season of the Witch.

Don Post "Creature B" Calender re-issue

Signed in two different places by the creature himself, Ben Chapman!

Don Post 1970s "Mr Hyde"

Pretty rare version of the DPS 800 line Hyde mask! Done back around 1976, when Post stopped producing the licensed Universal masks. The old "Abbott & Costello Meet" Hyde mask was resculpted and replaced with one that was "inspired" by the Dick Smith makeup used on Jack Palance for the TV Dr. J & Mr. H.

Don Post "Hunchback"

Vintage Hunchback mask from Don Post.

Don Post "Herman"

Creepy "Frankenstein" looking kinda guy with a smirk.

Studio Quality Masks "Dead Earnest"

Free of his casket and loose from the crypt, tottering
through the graveyard on unsteady feet of clay, a NIGHTMARE personified,
the one-and-crumbling DEAD EARNEST! He's RIPE! He's ROTTEN!! He's
DECOMPOSING!!! Awesome mask!

Topstone "Pirate"

Vintage halloween mask. Can be found in the 1960 Topstone Catalog.

Don Post "800 line Frankenstein"

Picked this old guy up at The House of Monsters in Chicago. Rare Don post Frankenstein mask that came out in the late 60s and hasn't been produced since 1976.

Don Post "Grimsley"

It's Uncle Creepy with a hood added and the moles removed! I ran across this copy of the mask on eBay while doing a search for Don Post Emperor masks (from Star Wars). Recently repianted by Rob Tharp! Hover your mouse over the picture to see a "before" shot.

Bump in the Night "Football Freak"

I saw this mask on display at Transworld (2005) and just had to have one. Not even available on their site yet at the time of this writing. I emailed Chuck Jarman several times about it until he'd sell me one. Hahahaha!

Don Post "Tramp"

It's a mask of a Tramp by Don Post! What more description do you need? Scored it off eBay.

Topstone "Bridal Skull"

Poured from an original Topstone mold and painted by VXXFX

Topstone "Frankenstein"

Original vintage mask

Topstone "Colored Girl"

This vintage halloween mask can be found in the 1960 Topstone mask catalog.

VXXFX "Swamp Zombie"

This cool zombie is inspired by an old EC Comics cover. Darrel really nailed the likeness on this one. Now If I could just get him to do the zombie's victim from the same cover...

Topstone "Executioner"

Original vintage mask. When I was a kid, the old lady that lived across the street gave me my very first two latex masks. This is one of them. This poor guy is starting to rot. I'm surprised he's lasted all these years in as good of condition as he is after all the abuse he's gotten over the past 20+ years.

Topstone "?????"

Original vintage mask. The other mask from the old lady across the street. Not really sure what this guy is. I've always thought of him as some sort of Vampire/Ghoul kinda charecter. This mask is still in the same condition it was when I got it, which really boggels my mind since it's been abused and improperly stored along with the above Executioner that is rotting.

Distortions Unlimited "4000 A.D."

Old Distortions mask from the late 80s/early 90s. My mom picked this guy up for me at a Flea Market, Way to go mom! Keep that eye out for more!

American Mask and Novelty "Clawed"

Ahhhh the high school days. Back when I had buddies that worked at the local mask shop. A visit to them at work usually resulted in masks being stuffed in my pockets and me being shuffeled quickly out the door (whether I wanted masks or not. Haha!). I didn't actually ask for or want this mask, but I still got it.

Gary Beninati "Skull"

Gary's first sculpture, and I think I may be the only person to have bought a blank pull of it. Haha! Finishing work was done by me. I added eyes, painted it, and added a fabric hood to finish it off.

Don Post "Clown"

An old Don Post clown mask like the one used in the begining of the film "The Funhouse". Had to get it.

Darkside Studios "Mad Jack"

Cool clown face mask. Very creepy when worn. Makes you want to tell the wearer to "Quit smiling!!".

Rubies (??) "Lecherous Clown"

I THINK this mask is made by Rubies, but I don't really remember. It was like $10 at Party City. I just couldn't resist!

Don Post "Death Cyborg"

Cool vinyl mask from 1977. This copy still has the original lenses, but lacks some of the detail that is on another copy of this mask I have. I have come to find out that this mask was retooled to make it eaiser to mold.

Don Post "Death Cyborg"

Earlier copy of the Death Cyborg that has a few different details, like a "box" of some sort on the neck. The back of this mask also has detail that was removed for later copies.

Don Post "Re-issue Calender Phantom"

If you are not familiar with the calender re-issues, then you are at the wrong site! Haha! The eyes are acrylic eyes that I popped in for the photo. They seem to give the mask more life.

Don Post "Phantom"

The white haired Phantom! This copy is from 1986, but this sculpted version of the mask goes all the way back to 1967 when it replaced the "calender" Phantom. Again, the eyes are just acrylic eyes I popped in for the pictures. To me they kinda make him look like a Rankin&Bass animated charecter. Haha!

Don Post "Glow Skull"

Cast in thick black vinyl and glows in the dark! A black light was used to make the mask glow for the pictures. It is NOT painted green. Great mask to get if you are a Halloween III fan.

Don Post "Skull"

Cast in thich black vinyl and DOESN'T glow. Ths is the type of mask the was used in Halloween III, so if you are a fan and find one, GRAB IT! This mask is bigger than the vinyl glow skull above, even though they are both 1976 masks.

Don Post "Green Witch"

SCREEN USED Halloween III Witch mask! Of course, there's tons of Witch masks in Halloween III so picking out this one in the film is impossible. No C.O.A. of any kind, but I received it from a good, reliable, and trustworthy source so I am 100% convinced of it's authenticity.

Silver Shampain Novelties "Pumpkinhead"

A highly accurate reproduction of the Don Post Pumpkinhead mask used in Halloween III. A real screen used Pumpkinhead mask was used to make this reproduction, and when set side by side with the real thing it's hard to tell them apart (Of course, the super thick latex of the reproduction gives it away). If you are a Halloween III fan, this limited edition mask is your best bet for rounding out that set of masks.

Sliver Shampain Novelties "Lil' Buddy"

A reproduction of the Don Post "Smilin' Jack" mask, this mask will fill in nicely for "Pumpkinhead" if you ca't find one of those. Limited to 30 copies and sold out fast.

Concussion Studios "Camp Blood Butcher"

It's Jason from Friday the 13th part3!! Well, that's what it's supposed to be anyway! I dunno, I like it. Paper thin and "rare as hen's teeth", to borrow a saying from a friend of mine. This is not the original paintjob. The paint was already cracking and flaking off when I pulled it out of the fist sized box it was sent to me in. I started to repaint it but never finished. Maybe someday...

Deathstalker Studios "Wessex County Killer"

Made by ME! My first attempt at mask making. I decided I'd do a Jason but I didn't have any reference material, so I sculpted from memory. What a bad memory I have! Haha! Hey, I sculpted it, I can rip on it. Voted "Worst Mask Ever Made" by The Great Mask Debate (I wear that title like a badge of honor!). Limited to 13 copies which sold out, it does have it's fans out there.

Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter "Stuntmask"

This is a recast of the stuntmask worn in scenes where the makeup appliances might have been damaged. Originates from the same sculpture that was used to amke the makeup appliances (see Tom Savini's book "Grande Illusions II" for info on how the sculpture was molded and copied to make this).

David Miller Creations "Faceless Hood"

Faceless version of an original resculpt of "The Mangler" done by an employee of David Miller Creations.

David Miller Creations "Part 4 Hockey Mask"

Cast off an original mold and painted and constructed under the close supervision of David Miller.

David Miller Creations "Part 5 Hockey Mask"

Cast off an original mold and painted and constructed under the close supervision of David Miller. This mask is signed on the inside "DMC 2002" and has a thinner nose and much better paintjob than most others I have seen. I ordered this mask the first week they became available.

Gates of Hell Studio "Part 8 Hockey Mask"

I know, I know - this should really be displayed on a part 8 bust or undermask, but thanks to Dan D. and Jon L. I don't have one of my own anymore! Haha! Signed on the inside by the Cropsy Maniac and autographed by Jason himself, Kane Hodder. This mask is never leaving my collection, so you guys quit asking! Hahahaha!

Don Post "Classic Jason"

Just a run of the mill production copy of a Jason X mask.

Don Post "Uber Jason"

Just a run of the mill production copy of a Jason X mask.

EFEXALIVE "The Good Son"

Sculpted by Connor McCullough (sp?) who designed the look of Jason for "Freddy vs Jason", this is reportedly what the rampagin' retard looked like without the hockey mask on.

NightOwl Productions "Retro Maggothead"

One of a kind "glow under blacklight" version of Justin's original take on what Jason might have looked like in part 6 had he kept more of the features from part 4.

Don Post "Thin Frank"

Limited recast of a hard to find Don Post mask that was origianlly done in vinyl. Even these latex recasts are hard to find!!

Don Post "Monster"

An original vintage mask from the late 70s. Very tempted to have this mask foam filled and pimped out by Kelly Mann or Rob Tharp to see what this mask could be with a little attention paid to it.

Don Post "Nosferato"

Did I spell that right? I don't even know! Haha! Ah well. A cool vinyl mask from the 80s.

Don Post "Tor Johnson"

Don't even know what to say about this guy. Cast in thick vinyl, I was first introduced to this mask back when I was a kid. I'd go over to my friend Ben's house, and there would be Tor, just laying in the yard. Hahaha! I'm much older now and take better care of my copy, but just holding it brings me right back to Ben's back yard... there's the above ground pool to my left, the picnic table to my right...

Jeff Whenkle/Mask Dr. "Dr. Death"

This mask of Vincent Price as Dr. Death from the movie "Madhouse" was sculpted using a lifecast of Vincent Price. I aquired the mask as a blank from Jeff Whenkle (1 of only 3 made!) and off it went to the Mask Dr' Kelly Mann for finishing work. Real human hair was used, and the collar/base Kelly made for it really pushes this piece over the edge.

Kelly Mann "Monster Club Mask"

The official mascot of "The Monster Club" cable TV show that was produced by Dante Renta and Kelly Mann.

VXXFX/Topstone "Shock Monster"

Recast from an original production copy, I recieved this guy as a blank and did him up myself.

Dynamic Design International "Schlock Monster"

A very cool mask sculpted to capture the look of the line art from the old original "Shock Monster" ads that ran in Famous Monsters of Filmland magizine.

Monster Mayhem "Mayhem Monster"

Inspired by an old fiend from the past, this is my updated take on the Shock Monster.

Return of the Living Dead 2 "Zombie"

Screen used zombie mask from "Return of the Living Dead 2". This guy can be seen in the film when the zombies bust into the main kid's kitchen. He's the last one to come shamblin' through the door.

Return of the Living Dead 2 "Zombie"

Screen used zombie mask from "Return of the Living Dead 2".

Rob Tharp/Don Post "Demon"

Onf of a kind unproduced Don Post mask. Sculpted and painted by Rob Tharp.

High Tide Studios "Samhain II"

"High Tide Studios? Samhain II? Isn't that just a MMP Samhain mask?" - Well, yes and no. The Samhain II was sold through High Tide Studios, which was a site that was done by Gary Phillips brother, Jerry Phillips

Concussion Studios "ShapeStalker"

Before Lee Romaire's "Doctor", there was Dave Curl's "ShapeStalker"! Cast paper thin, this was bought at a time when if you wanted a Loomis for your collection, this was your only option. Re-released not too long ago as "ShapeStalker II" with a different paintjob and painted eyes.

TopStone "Ghoul"

An original vintage copy, this is what you would have gotten if you sent away for one from the back of Famous Monsters of Filmland.

Monster Mayhem/TopStone "Ghoul"

Comes from a mold made from an original master copy, this is what the mask would have looked like if any care was taken in it's production at TopStone.

Monster Mayhem/TopStone "Ghoul"

This is actually my wife;s mask. She wanted me to make her a blue Ghoul, so I did.

Kelly Mann "Vern Langdon Zombie"

An awesome resculpted replica of an old fiend from the past. The Zombie was limited to 30 copies, and this is number 30. After I purchased this one, the mold was smashed. No more zombies.

All masks on this page are displayed on "The Mask Dr's Professional Mask Stand" when possible.
